for distant locations.

Do you handle commercial properties?

Yes. For 5,001+ sq. ft., request a custom quote and
we’ll tailor the scope.

Booking & Payments

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A small deposit is collected at booking via Square to lock your time slot.
The balance is due upon delivery.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment without a fee.
Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the deposit.

What if the weather is bad for drone work?

If conditions aren’t safe or compliant, we’ll reschedule the aerial portion
at no extra cost.

Deliverables

Do you provide floor plans?

Absolutely. Add floor plans during booking, and we’ll include true-to-scale
plans with your delivery.

Do you offer hosting & storage?

Yes. Choose a monthly plan per model to keep links accessible online for
as long as you need.

How do I receive files and links?

We email MLS-ready links (branded/unbranded) and any add-ons (floor plans,
video). You can share or download immediately.

Compliance & Safety

Are drone flights FAA-compliant?

We follow FAA rules for altitude, airspace, weather, and safety. Some sites
may need additional authorization—we’ll handle that process.

Do you need site access or prep?

Please ensure the space is tidy and accessible during the scheduled window.
For occupied properties, we recommend notifying residents in advance.
