How fast is delivery?
Most residential Matterport scans are delivered within
24–48 hours.
Rush delivery may be available depending on scope and schedule.
What areas do you serve?
GAZco3D serves Sacramento, the greater Bay Area, and the Central Valley.
Travel fees may apply for extended distances or remote sites.
Do you scan commercial or large properties?
Yes. Properties over 5,000 sq ft, estates, and commercial sites
are handled as custom scopes.

Booking & Payments
How do I book a service?
All services are booked online through our step-by-step
booking wizard. Choose your service, add Extras, and
checkout securely with Square.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit is collected at booking via Square
to reserve your appointment. The remaining balance is due
upon delivery.
What is your cancellation or reschedule policy?
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours
before the scheduled time without penalty.
Late cancellations may forfeit the deposit.
How are notifications sent?
All confirmations and reminders are sent via email only.
We do not use SMS messaging.
Pricing & Add-Ons
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on square footage for real estate,
per-visit for construction/insurance, and defined add-ons.

What add-on services are available?
Available add-ons include floor plans, guided video tours,
Matterport exterior capture, premium hosting, and
drone roof inspections.
How do I add extras?
Add-ons are selected as Extras during the booking process.
Simply check the desired enhancements before checkout.
Drone & Exterior Capture
What are drone services used for?
Drone services are used exclusively for
roof inspections.
This includes documentation of shingles, flashing,
penetrations, and roof condition.
Do you offer general aerial photography?
No. GAZco3D does not provide recreational or marketing aerial photography.
Drone flights are inspection-focused and professional-grade only.
What happens if weather or airspace is restricted?
If conditions are unsafe or restricted, the drone portion
will be rescheduled at no additional charge.
Deliverables
What do I receive after the scan?
You’ll receive MLS-ready Matterport links (branded/unbranded),
along with any purchased add-ons such as floor plans,
guided video, or exterior imagery.
How are files delivered?
All links and files are delivered via email for immediate
viewing, sharing, or download.
How long are models hosted?
Hosting duration depends on your plan or selected
premium hosting add-on.
